What our registration service includes
Branded online registration pages and RSVP management, automated confirmations with QR codes, attendee-category handling (delegates, exhibitors, speakers, VIPs, media), on-site check-in counters and self-service kiosks, walk-in registration, and live attendance dashboards.
Fast on-site check-in and badge pickup
Attendees scan their QR confirmation at the check-in counter and collect their badge in seconds. Badges and lanyards are produced by our in-house production team, and badges can also be printed on demand at the venue for walk-ins and late registrations, so queues keep moving.
Hardware and technical support included
We bring the equipment the registration desk needs — laptops, badge printers, and barcode/QR scanners — together with on-site technicians who keep everything running throughout your event. One vendor, no coordination overhead.
